APEX Install Question

What APEX script do I need to configure Oracle Application Express 4.2.0.5 in my 12.1.0.2 database?  I did not choose the APEX option to configure the component during my database configuration.  Does the APEX option in the DBCA doesn't install or configure anything outside of the database during the database creation?
