What is the object name for the "More" display from the Sold To field in 9.2?

In 9.2 the address book fields in Sales Order Entry have a red asterisk in the field (e.g. Sold To, Ship To).  If I hover over the red asterisk and click on it, it pops up a window to show the name and address for the address book record defined in the field.  I am able to see the popup just fine, but am setup as system admin.  Other user roles are unable to successfully click on the red asterisk without getting a web exception error.  I'm wondering if there is security setup needed for the user role and this
