How do you update your phone number in MOS?

The knowledge article (Doc ID 741415.1) seems to be out of date.  It states: 

1. Log on to MyOracleSupport (MOS) website
2. Go to "settings" at the top
3. Click on "Account & Privileges"
4. Enter your phone number including international dialing code using this format: +4412345678910
5. Click on "save" (bottom right)


I don't see any "Account & Privileges"  choice anymore.  I did find my current phone number in the "My Account" section.  However, I can't edit the phone number.  Maybe that is because I'm an Oracle employee.  Would a customer be able to edit their contact number here?

Also, there is a little help section that says: " The phone extension can be appended to the phone number by entering 'x' followed by 1-5 digits".  My customer has 7 digit extensions, will they be able to enter in this long a string?
