User is unable to Save FSG report to local drive.

I have a user that is able to create the FSG reports and view them but when trying to save the report the file name and correct extension is not being displayed. When she then saves the file she gets an Microsoft Excel Error: Errors were detected whiles saving...

I can send her the file and she can save it and I can log into Oracle and save the same FSG report to her PC so it cannot be an excel issue, any thoughts anyone?
