Implementing TDE Tablespace Encryption

I am trying to put together a migration plan for implementing TDE tablespace encryption.  This is my set-up below.  My biggest concern is breaking the streams environment.  Please let me know if you see any problems with my intentions.

db1 (main production db)

db2 (physical standby (copy of db1)

db3 (4 tablespaces receive oracle streams from db1)

db4 (physical standby (copy of db3)

My plan is to encrypt db3 first.

Stop all transaction on db1 and db3.

Stop capture/apply on db3 (db3 should be in sync with db1 at this point).

Full Export of db3.

Drop and recreate tablespaces as encrypted.
