smart view session timeout too soon

Hi,

We have Hyperion version 11.1.2.4 and OS version windows 2012 R2

User has reported that smart view timed out too quick. We want to extend the timeout session.

We have tried the following, but does not seem to be working. Please advise if there is any other way to solve the issue?

The Windows registry must be altered to add three decimal DWORD registry
values to Windows IE tuning:
ReceiveTimeout=480000
KeepAliveTimeout=180000
ServerInfoTimeout=180000

These values should be installed in the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings
The same set of three values must also be inserted into the key
