IS JM19574 the only bug fix for Phase II ACA XML transmission file?

Adding ESU's and trying to make sure I get all of them.  I did not read where this ESU JM19574 corrects the issue of Part IV adding additional ALEMembers manually and having more than one EIN in the transmission.

Please send link of where ESU's for Phase II are located.
