12c OGG Remove Format Release 11.2 alternative.

Hi,

During the upgrade of DB/GG to 12c due to multiple hosts and no downtime requirement FORMAT RELEASE 11.2 parameter was used in order for 12c GG to replicat to 11g GG.

Now that we have all the hosts upgraded we need to remove the FORMAT RELEASE parameter with no downtime in order to use the in built sourcedef feature of 12c.

After removing the parameter the extract need to be restarted with ETROLLOVER, along with each downstream replicat with RBA 0.


Since we have 100s of replicats. Is there any alternative to this?

Also this requires a downtime. How can i remove the parameter without downtime?
