R08151 is not calculating file size

Hi,

I followed Doc ID 2131023.1 for mandatory XML set up. My file names are working fine but my manifest doesn't calculate the file size. Here is my set up in P95641:

RD08150          HCIR Form Data XML          E1UPAP01          SYSADMIN     /p01/jdedwards/e900/bioutput          AV          Active

I have verified that the xml file generated is in that directory before I run the R08151.

What should I check, looks like I am missing something. Anybody else having the same issue?
