Can we have Similar or Identical names as legal enties

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement that we need to create the legal entities with similar names .

Example :  ABC Inc   this legal entity is registered in  Indian

                  ABC Inc   this is in Hong Kong   both have the same names

Also suggest me if ABC Inc in Hong Kong is branch of Indian then how to proceed in GL configuration as my client want to book the transactions in INR and as well as HKD

Can we create two Primary ledgers with different currencies .
