Call a Concurrent Program after a particular approval in AME

Hello Everyone.

We have a requirement that in when a person raises business mission request in HRMS,it has 3 levels of approvals.After 2nd approval,we need to create a PO for that business mission to reserve the amount of business mission from a account which we are  able to do it by using PO interface tables.We need to call the procedure/concurrent program of this PO creation after 2nd approval.How we can we call a procedure in between a particular approval  in AME,Where is the customization to be done?Any help is appreciated.
