uploading Assembly BOM - R3002Z1I batch processes OK but records not loaded into F3002

I loaded records into F3002Z1 and ran R3002Z1I.  All records processed OK and created more batches in F3002Z1.  Attempts to run these batches initially did not find the records and the report said no records selected.

The DRIN value in the batch JDE created was set to 2.  I change the DRIN value in the batch to a 1 for incoming  and reran the batch.  It said it processed the batched and flagged dsp with a Y.  No records were added to F3002.

What do I need to do to get these to load?
