Post installation failure of R12.2.0 on Windows 2008

Hi,

I am trying to install oracle EBS R12.2.0 on Windows Server 2008. All the pre-install checks have been done and the installation is completed with few post installation failures. I am getting RW - 50015 for Virtual Directory, JSP, Login Page. I am using CYGWIN for the unix environment. I tried to start the services manually but the services are turned off automatically. Unable to figure out the issue. Please help.

PS - I am a technical developer and not a DBA.
