Online Accounting is not working as expected

We are on EBS 12.1.3. When we do online accounting for multiple invoices, we have to click the 'OK' button multiple times in the pop up window which says the accounting has been created for this transaction (For example, if there are 5 invoices, we have to click the 'OK' button 5 times). In 11i, we used to click the 'OK' button only one time even though we are creating accounting for multiple invoices. Is there any change in R12 for online accounting process? How can we achieve the 11i functionality? Let me know.
