Project Time Entry Mobile Applications Flow of Works

Hi,

Can anyone let me know the Project Time Entry flow of process? I have a look at the implementation guide in this link http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16582_01/doc.91/e49447/pm_project_te.htm#EOAMO1754

but it doesn't mention about the flow of process what will be processed in the background? Is it sending the data to Z table in JDE to be pickup by the batch job such as R052901? If anyone can shed me some lights that would be really great.
