unable to validate service contract in OKS

Hi all

i have issue with one service contract

due to some unknow reason , contract is stuck in QA hold status

and error message is : Only one party role, CUSTOMER, may be attached to the contract.

contract have 2 lines in Summary>Parties with "Customer" as role and we are unable to remove unwanted one

any idea to fix this contract (even with some sql fix) should be great
