change of hostname , IP , node name , cluster VIP and logical hostname in solaris 11.3 and cluster 4

As a part SAP upgrade , I need to migrate two node solaris  10 cluster to two node  solaris 11.3 ldom cluster. First I will setup the cluster with interim host name and node names . how to change the change hostname and nodename and cluster Vitrtual IP and logical  hostname to existing one  during the cutoff over. Experts Can anybody share any doc or link that will  be highly helpful
