How I can assing resource which category = Other to Sales Territory with R12 12.2.5?

Hi

I'm trying to assign resources which category = Other to Sales Territory with Oracle R12 12.2.5.  However, none of resource with category = Other displayed in LOV.  Is there any settings need to be done?
