How to reverse journal with Change Sign method

Hi,

We are trying to fix the issue of misclassified account as per Note: 872162.1.

but we are not able to execute the step-10, as we are not able to select "Change Sign" option for "Method" under Reverse section, as the "Method" field is greyed-out or disabled.

please advice how we can reverse the journal as per above note.
