Is there an API to update the POSTAL_PLUS4_CODE Column?

We have a requirement to start updating the Plus4 code for Zip Codes. I have enabled the field POSTAL_PLUS4_CODE per a MOS note I found and we are able to update the field via the OAF pages for supplier. But now I need to do a mass update on all supplier addresses to split this value out of the postal_code field. I am searching for an public API that I can call to update this field.
