How to automate loading currency rates into ARM?

We have a currency rates table in FDMEE that we're using to do currency conversion to create a reporting file.  We would like to automate the process to load the rates from so the user's don't have to manually do it every month.  Currently it's Manage->Currency Rates->select Period and Rates table.  How can this process be automated?
