R12.2.4 Fixed Assets Lease

I've a question - I create a Lease in FA -> get interfaced to AP (it has the POET info ) and capitalized cost -> get's interfaced to Projects -> interfaces to FA?

Does that mean we are double booking the cost against the Asset?
