Hi, Error on enabling template builder for BI publisher 64 bit when to use with EBS.

Hi, I have installed BI publisher 64 bit and when I enable template builder, receives an error: 'Could not load file or assembly 'TBXDOUtilities, version=5.7.2.1, culture = neutral..................' Any idea how this issue can be resolved?
