Concatenated description is only populating an options descriptive element once if that option is us

If we use an option more than once within multiple option classes the Assembly parts description gets built only showing that options descriptive element once.

Example:

Model = MTLAB

Option Class = MTL10

Option = MTL1001

Option Class = MTL20

Option = MTL1001

MTL1001 Descriptive Element Value is RED

Assembly Item Description after being configured. = MTLAB.RED

Should be MTLAB.RED.RED
