Anyone have a document to explain how to set-up/use Job Step Progression with Time card Automation?

Anyone have a document to explain how to set-up/use Job Step Progression with Time card Automation (where Job Step Progression flag is "Stand-alone" mode so payroll does not automatically update the EE file without intervention)?

Implementation Guides do not explain how to set up or use Time Card Automation to process job step progression.

Set-up so far:

1) EE Record needs Job Step Progression Flag Set,

2) Company Constants has to have Job Step Progression turned to "Stand-Alone",

3) Job Step Progression Table needs to be set-up.

4) Union Rate Table for Jobs in Job Progression Table need to be set-up.

Understand that in stand-alone mode, you cannot use auto-pay feature of payroll because Time Card Automation (TCA) Engine needs to "see" the  time cards before payroll runs so it can edit the rates.  I cannot find anything that explains how to process Job Step progression within that tool.  Also need to know if we need to create TCA rule to create daily time cards for all employees in Job Step progression.  Client has majority of EEs on Job Step Progression so need to understand the process and guides are not helping (too vague) at this point on this topic.  Any
