automation on server can't create object

I am getting this error when I launch forms, Excel or Word for the first time.  It started after I installed BIP Desktop 11.1.1.9.  I click ok and everything works fine but not sure why I am getting this error all of a sudden.  We are on 12.1.3.  Thank you for your help!
