Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. URGENT, need to restore my primary ldom with ldm init-system -r -i config.xml

that's my latest backup of (list constraints)

its not working...

root@nxu22dbsprip001:~/5-24# ldm init-system -r -i ldom_config.xml

VCC is already configured

System is not in a factory-default config

Do I need to go to the doc to reset sys to factory default do I need to do all these steps? which ones?
