orachk 12.1.0.2.6  SECURITY ERROR

Hi,

Running orachk 12.1.0.2.6 on three nodes of RH Linux grid - 12C CRS.  On two of the nodes, getting 'SECURITY ERROR: [<nodenamehere>:/sqltorun.sql] cannot be removed. Potential Security Risk. Please fix the issue and re-run orachk'.   Has anyone encountered this error?
