Service Lookup Failed at RIB_MESSAGE

Dear Support Team,

We are on 1328 and for any type of Message Family at RIB_MESSAGE table of SIM , we are facing the below error message.

javax.ejb.EJBException: Service lookup failed.: Service lookup failed.; nested exception is: com.retek.rib.binding.exception.RIBIntegrationException: Service lookup failed.: Service lookup failed. - Nested exception: - oracle.retail.integration.framework.common.service.exception.ServiceCreationException: Service lookup failed.
