How to permanently fix fault.io.pci.device-invreq (PCIEX-8000-5Y) in 11.3

Hi,

i believe this is a old fault which was not repaired or cleared correctly in the past.

This fault was dated way back in 2013.

I have looked through knowledge base and so far all the fixes are for Solaris 10 and 11.1

Now that the OS is already running on 11.3, the fault is still appearing in fmadm.

Can we use "fmadm acquit" to permanently fix it since the command is tell the fmd to ignore the fault.
