Email Center - lost formatting in templates

Dear Community,

I have a question with regards  to formatting when creating templates in EMC. One can use the rich text editor when creating the template for example, to make text bold, italics, add tables, Then when you create that template, everything seems fine in preview and published version, but when it comes to inserting that template whilst composing an email, it seems to lose all its formatting, i.e. no bold text even though in the editor it was there.

Are you aware of this issue, do you know a solution?
