Print "Move Order Pick Slip (XML) or custom version from Transact Move Order form

Can anyone advise: How one instructs/configures Oracle Inventory to print the 'Move Order Pick Slip (XML)' with custom template from the Transact Move Orders form via Tools>Print Pick Slip.

In Order Management with Document Sets one can use custom templates that can be set for the 'Pick Slip Report (XML)' from the Confirm Shipment window or the Release Sales Orders windows, our users need to be able to print the custom output/template of the 'Move Order Pick Slip (XML)' from the Transact Move Orders form when Tools>Print Pick Slip is selected.

Please note the problem is not that we CANNOT print the base Oracle "Move Order Pick Slip" from the Transact Move Orders form, but rather that we WANT to print a custom version from the "Move Order Pick Slip (XML)" in its stead from the Transact Move Orders form.
