Not able to create a customer using PINATA

Hi,

We tried with the same .opc file some days back and it was working. But now when we are trying to run it is failing, Warning is coming and in and every record and Actual flist is an error flist.

Pass .out File: customercreate.validate__command__test1.out

Fail .out File : cust_create1.validate__command__test1.out

OPC file attached: cust_create1.opc

Could you please let us know the issue?
