Not able to create Order from Repair Order - Enter a Valid Item-Warehouse Combination

Hi,

While try creating Sale Order from Repair Order, the following error appears, "The Item Specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified . Please enter a valid item-warehouse combination"., when i click "ok" in that, another error "Invalid Unit of Measure for this Item" appears. and Order has not been created. Did the OM Item validation Organization and Service Item validation Organization. Item is assigned to the Organization and customer ordered, Customer Order enabled, attributes are enabled.

Please guide to resolve the issue.
