12.1.3 - How do you setup the KB authoring adhoc user so they have an group email address associated
We keep getting critical alerts for notifications that cannot send as the group does not reflect an email address on the adhoc user that is being sent the KB authoring notification.
Datacenter requests I add an email address to the group, which I did, but the email address is still not defaulting onto the adhoc user being issued. How is this controlled? I have reviewed the KB and WF document and there is nothing specific on this.
Ideas?
