Max Radius between deliveries vs. Max Radius percentage for Deliveries

OTM Community,

Bellow is my understanding, would you review and correct me where needed?

1. Max Radius Between Deliveries - if this parameter is set at value X (for e.g) than distance between any deliveries can not exceed this value. For example if Shipment Stops are 1(P) - 2(D1) - 3(D2) - 4 (D3), where P = Pickup and D=Delivery than distance between D1-D2, and D1-D3, D2-D3 etc. can not exceed this value (X). Am I interpreting OTM help correct way? if not what is the correct interpretation of this Parameter

2. Max Radius Percentage for Deliveries - my understanding is if this values is set to X% than in above example distance from D1 to D3 divided by Distance from P to D3 can not exceed this percentage value and that would be repeated for each deliveries.
