Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can anybody help me, step by step explain how to setup Equipment Cost Analisys from the beginning?

I was doing like --> Doc ID 1373970.1 --> but it didn't help me.
