Advance Invoicing from Property into Oracle AR

Dear Experts,

Our client creates 50 year leases in property module and wants to create invoices in advance. Below is scenario

1. Lease starts from 01-Jan and ends on 31-Dec.

2. Client wants invoice date to be 15-Dec with due date of 01-Jan for Qtr1. Payment terms is 15 days.

3. All accounting / revenue recognition should happen from 01-Jan. so GL date should be 01-Jan.

4. Same process to be followed for each quarter.

We would like to know if this is possible to be done in an automated manner from property to oracle AR ?

If yes, how can we do this.
