how to publish 11i report sets to file system

Hi,

We are using Oracle e-Business suite 11i and currently working on generating financial statements using FSG and Report manager.

I want to know how we can publish a report set as excel, and automatically direct the files to the file system.

I have tried the following

(a) Use Publish Report Set in Report Manager - but this means you need to open each file individually and save to disk

(b) Use Program - Run Financial Statement Generator in Oracle GL with spreadsheet output - but these spreadsheets layouts are .txt files which are not recognised as excel unless you import them into excel manually
