After payroll final update, can we still knows who entered values in one time override for the close

one of our payroll officers enter pdba code 6100 for an employee (1345) in 25 may 2016, another payroll officer go through the payroll workbench and made a final update for may 2016.

can we know after the final update, who is the user who entered the PDBA code 6100 ?
