9.2 Standalone_Java Error

Hi,

I am trying to install 9.2 Standalone and stuck with Java Error, while installing Oracle 12c Local Database.  I get the error "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working".  After I click OK button, I get another error message "Command Failed with  error 255".  And then whole installation stopped.  I am running with Win7 64. I already installed Java JDK Update8_66, Weblogic Server.   I once uninstalled everything and tried to install again.  But held with the same problem.

Please help.
