Closing Repair Order when any Open Tasks are available for respective Repair Order

Hi,

Is is possible to restrict closing the Repair Order, when any Open Tasks are available for the Repair Order. As of now by default, its throwing a Caution that "Open Tasks are available against the Repair Order", and if we said OK to Proceed, it will close the Repair order, But the requirement is instead of the Caution message, system should throw an error and to stop the user from closing the Repair Order.
