Can't retrieve the latest user ID from P4101

Hi all,

I'm using JDE Enterprise One. I'm having an issue to get the latest user ID in Fix/ Inspect Events (Add Record to DB - Before). The system always show the previous user ID instead of current user ID when I sent out the email notification through the workflow message.

I using P4101, Fix / Inspect Events --> ( Add Records to DB - Before)  to add the user ID. (WF55KEYIM and WF55ITADD) . I assigned BC User ID (F4101). Attached the file for more details.

Please assist.
