How the Sale order reservations are considered in ASCP

Hi All,

I wanted to understand how the sale order reservations are considered with respect to on-hand in ASCP? Any documents please share.

In inventory we have Total Quantity, ATT, and ATR.

ATR tells to us, whether we have reservable quantity for next sale order reserving, where as in ASCP, its not subtracting the on-hand from the reservation done against the sale orders.

For example:

Case-1: Item-A, On-Hand=1000

1) Run the data collection

2) I'm able to schedule and reserve the SO1 for 1000 qty and able to see on-hand =1000 in Data collection workbench.

3) At this time, I tried doing the schedule and reservation against new SO2, gets the ATP error failed, which is expected

Howdy, Stranger!
