Holds to be applied on sales order lines based on items QTY

Hi Support,

Holds to be applied sales order lines based on item QTY exceeding the predefine limit.

For example: XYZ is having multiple items ...A1, A2, A3, A4, A5..... A50. whenever entered these items in sales order line, then automatically hold to be applied irrespective of items QTY exceeding the predefine limit. and need to be released manually.

How to do the this setup and guide me best way.
