ACL issues after migrating zfs file system to Oracle Linux LVM file system

I recently migrated our EMC Networker server from a Solaris server to an Oracle Linux server. The Networker server application was on a ZFS file system on the Solaris zerver. I used rsync to migrate the applictions data from this ZFS file system over to an LVM file system on the Linux server. After the migration I have started to get ACL errors like the following when trying to write or modify the file system withing the Networker application. I am doing this as root user. Is there a way to remove or over ride the ZFS ACL settings? 

ZFS ACL recovery is not suported for this file system.
