CRS-5017 ORA-00119 ORA-00130 REMOTE_LISTENER

Bonjour Community,

   I have been up all night trying to figure this out but I give up now.

I am having this error :

$ srvctl start instance -i TQDBPRH1 -d TQDBPRH

PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.tqdbprh.db

PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.tqdbprh.db on node btlp001404

CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.tqdbprh.db start" encountered the following error:

ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter REMOTE_LISTENER

ORA-00130: invalid listener address '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=TQDBPRH-scan)(PORT=41521)))'
