Package Build Issue

We are on the following application on Tools release.

B733

SP23_T1

I have deployed a Update package on the Batch server for Production which is a Windows 2000 machine.

Package deployment went on successfully but  after deployment the changes are not getting reflected on the server though they are available locally.

I tried clearing the ddict.ddb,ddict.xdb,ddtext.ddb,ddtext.xdb,glbltbl.ddb,glbltbl.xdb on the batch server , still no luck.

The same is working perfectly fine in QA .

Can someone assist what can be the cause of the issue .
