Error: "Installed Base Application Install Parameters are not set" when we try to submit a Lease Con

Hi,

We are registering a Lease Contract (Release 12.1.3), but when we try to submit it the error message appears : 'Installed Base Application Install Parameters are not set'.

I set the install parameters in Oracle Install Base Admin responsibility , but still the issue persists.

Any suggestion?
