Unable see columns in Buyer Work center Demand Work bench after OAF page personalization at site lev

Hi,

We would like to display some additional columns to the existing screen in PBWC in iProcurement.

Personalize selfservice defn: No at site level. and User level: Yes

Region personalization enabled  Site level: No and user level : Yes

For the respective columns, rendered = true" at site level.. Those columns are not showing in the demand workbench screen.

We cleared the cache and also bounced the Apache server.

The same personalizations are working fine in other environment. So, we imported those ones and exported to the current environment.

Still, the problem persists.

Can anybody let us what went wrong or which link is missing?
